All of these things can be avoided by using flat head cap screws.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Hex Head Cap Screws:<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0This is one of the most frequent screw types. These screws are best used when a heavy-duty screw is required to hold an item together. They&#8217;re also a good choice if the fastener is going to be subjected to a lot of force. It&#8217;s usually best to figure out how much force the fastener will be subjected to before choosing the correct hex head cap screw. This will make determining the exact size and material of the screw that has to be ordered much easier.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Round Socket Head Screws:<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Depending on the size of the head, they might be high or low.
